Constructed in 2002, this log house is in very good condition and offers a very affordable residential or holiday cottage. The use of natural wood throughout the interiors and large windows create a cosy, atmospheric feel. Located in the quiet St Moritz area just out of the main Hirafu village, the ski lifts and restaurants / bars are a short walk or just a couple of minutes drive away. The 1st floor has a small bedroom, bath-toilet and laundry room and a light, comfy lounge-kitchen area with a wood combustion fire and access to the undercover deck area. The second floor has a spacious bedroom and loft space which could be used for storage and/or sleeping.
