Notice of closure

We deeply regret to inform you that our restaurant, Bistro Re Arbor, will be permanently closed on May 7,2024,due to unforeseen circumstances. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our guests who have supported us since we opened our doors in December 2018.

We will continue to serve lunch from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm (last order at 2:00 pm)and dinner form 5:00pm to 9:00 pm (last order at 8:00 pm)until our closing date.
Please stay updated by visiting our website and Instagram for any changes to our business days.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a part of our journey.

We are now offering stays for as short as one night on December.

This winter season, our WB and WS season requires a minimum booking of 3 nights in the same cottage. However, for reservations in December 2023, we will lift this minimum stay requirement.

Until the end of December, one-night reservations are still possible. Please feel free to make use of our cottages at your convenience.

Regarding WB-WS Season of this winter reservations

The WB and WS seasons as defined by our company's seasonal calendar will require reservations of 3 nights or more per cottage.
However, for dates that have gaps of 1 or 2 nights available between existing reservations of 3 nights or more, we will accept reservations for less than 3 nights.

Example)

* In the case mentioned above, for the dates of the 6th and 7th, it is possible to make reservations for either 2 nights or just one night.

On WB or WS season, if you wish to stay for just 1 or 2 nights, there may be availability for your reservation. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries.

Regarding New Year's Holiday Reservations and Rates

From September 1, 2023, we will start accepting reservations for the period from December 1, 2023, to January 7, 2024.
Online booking is available from midnight, and we will accept the phone reservations from 8:00 AM(JST).

The accommodation fee will be revised on December 1, 2023.
Please check the rate table on each cottage page for the fees.

Furthermore, during the period from December 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, the WB and WS seasons as defined by our company's seasonal calendar will require reservations of 3 nights or more per cottage.

We are starting a free shuttle service at the restaurant.

At the "Bistro Re Arbor," a restaurant operated by Izumikyo, we offer a complimentary shuttle service for dinner guests who make a reservation in advance.
If you wish to use the service, please make a reservation by 8:30 PM three days prior to the date of your meal, by calling us at 0136-55-6603.

*Important Points*
+ The free shuttle service is limited to customers with dinner starting between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
+ Only two groups are eligible for the service per day.
+ The maximum group size for the shuttle service is six people.
+ The available shuttle areas are as follows
1)Within Kutchan Town
2)Niseko Hirafu Area
3)Niseko Hanazono Area
4)Hotels within Niseko Village Area

We offer dishes made with local ingredients, as well as a selection of wines and other beverages that complement your meal.

In accordance with the government policy, Izumikyo leaves it up to our staff individuals to decide whether they wear face masks or not from May 8, 2023.
We ask that you respect each other’s independent judgement.

We'll continue to take some basic anti-infection measures.
Hand sanitizer is kept available in each property, which is thought to be effective against infection.
Please feel free to use it.

In addition, we are sorry to the inconvenience,but we'll keep placing acrylic barriers at the receptions of Management Center and our restaurant.

Regarding Reservations for August 2023
(Notice of Online Reservation Malfunction)

Reservations for our cottages are usually accepted from the beginning of the month three months prior to the date of use.
In addition, online reservations can be made from midnight.
However, we are currently experiencing a problem with our online reservation system.

For this reason, reservations for August 2023 will be accepted by phone beginning May 1, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time).

During the period of the priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease from January 27 to March 21, 2022, only four people per group are allowed to enter the restaurant.

Regarding our business operation hours due to the declaration of "a state of emergency"

Thank you for visiting Izumikyo Rental Cottage.

We would like to inform you of our business operation hours due to the emergency declaration.

During the period of the declaration of state of emergency in Hokkaido, our business hours continue to be shortened (from 8:00 to 18:00).
And we will continue to operate with our staff wearing masks, taking good care of our health, and disinfecting and sterilizing our facilities in an effort to prevent the spread of infection.

However, in response to this announcement, we will not be accepting any new reservations during the period of the emergency declaration (August 27 to September 12, 2021).

Cancellation of already booked accommodations will be handled as follows:

*If you wish to cancel your reservation from August 27, 2021 to September 12, 2021, no cancellation fee will be charged. (Cancellation fees may apply for packages, activities and meals provided by other companies)
*If you wish to cancel your reservation, please make sure to contact us in advance. (Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if you do not stay the night without notifying us)

Please note that we may close our office if the government or the provincial government requests us to do so, or if there is a concern about the rapid spread of the new coronavirus at our own discretion.
In such cases, we will ask you to cancel your reservation.

We will inform you that we will continue to suspend the acceptance of advance booking this year too, because as the situation is still unpredictable throughout Japan, and from the perspective of preventing the spread of the Covid-19.

Please note that we will also not be accepting advance booking for the year-end and New Year holidays, which we usually accept from June 1.

Standard booking can be made at any time.
We are accepted from the 1st day of the month three months prior to occupancy.
For occupancy during New Year holidays, however, bookings are accepted from the 1st of the month four months prior to the occupancy.

Responding to request for cooperation from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Niseko Izumikyo ask all customers to check their temperature before they stay in our accommodation.

In the case where the temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, or where it's higher than the normal temperature, even if it's lower than 37.5℃, or where the customer has a sore throat, coughing, we will contact the Health center/medical institution/COVID-19 support center to ask for advice and instruction.

If suspected COVID-19 symptoms are confirmed, please stay in a place where no other customers can contact you, and avoid going out while waiting for instruction.

We are unable to foresee the day when we will be able to provide a safe environment for our guests by the influence of the COVID-19 infection.

For this reason, we will not be accept the advance booking for this year.

Usually, advance booking for the year-end and New Year holidays will be accepted from June 1. We have decided to discontinue it for this season.

Standard Booking is available. Standard Bookings are accepted from the 1st day of the month three months prior to occupancy.

Please note in advance that if the coronavirus infection status becomes worse, we may have to temporally close our accommodation business in order to secure our guests and staff’s safety and to prevent from expanding the new coronavirus.

Izumikyo's restaurant "Bistro Re Arbor" is going to OPEN from 17:00 on the 30th of December.
It is in the Izumikyo 2 area and takes about a few minutes from Izumikyo Management Center on foot.
Dec 30th and 31st are pre-opening. These days will be served only dinner from 17:00 to 21:30 (LO 21:00).


You can make a booking for a table of the restaurant.
